Our Toddlers have been working with Ms. Russell on a variety of yoga poses. They have used the book Yoga Bunny as a source of inspiration. Mrs. Baldwin read the book as Ms. Russell and Ms. Davis did the poses.
Yoga helps to build confidence. It also increases strength, coordination and overall focus. I am fairly certain that there is nothing cuter than toddlers practicing yoga.
